I've spent my life searching. And in that quest I have explored my own struggles in life, battled my demons, and have experienced both the joys and the hardships that life so often delivers. It was my own questioning that led me to become a therapist; I want to dig deeper, I want to know more, and I want to help others on their journey as well. I have fought the battle of addiction and have come to know the freedom of recovery. I also understand the complexities of relationships and how they affect our sense of being connected.
I utilize Dialectal Behavioral Therapy and Solutions Focused Therapy and have completed extensive trainings in Brainspotting Trauma Care, DBT for Adolescents, Attachment Theory for couples and relationships, and offer Intervention Services worldwide.
I specialize in substance use disorders and how they effect the entire family, but also work with a variety of relational and emotional issues. I believe we all possess the potential to lead happy, healthy and fulfilling lives... sometimes we just need a little guidance out of the darkness and back into the light.
