Do you find yourself worrying about situations, health, or replaying conversations? It can be exhausting and lead to self-doubt or second guessing. When worry takes over, you may find yourself on guard, expecting the worst. Other individuals may find they no longer have enjoyment or a sense of purpose in life. There is a feeling of flatness or numbness, and it is hard to identify what emotions are felt. Lists, preparation, procrastination, or avoidance become part of the daily routine. Strategies that previously provided a sense of relief, no longer provide that same level of help.
When worry, sadness, or other uncomfortable emotions occur daily, it may be time to talk to someone about what you are experiencing. That's okay, asking for help shows strength and hope. My goal is to provide a supportive space for you to talk, reflect, and learn how to navigate what you are experiencing.
