Recent Updates From Lily Wilhelm
Last updated | Monday February 17, 2025

Welcome! I approach therapy with compassion, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset. My specialized interests and focus are in body image and disordered eating, self-esteem, OCD, life transitions, stress, anxiety, depression, and family issues. I have experience within community mental health agencies, traditional outpatient settings, integrated healthcare and on college campuses. I believe that by providing a safe and non-judgmental space I support clients in gaining the courage to build confidence in themselves and their abilities to succeed.
My primary interventions include CBT, DBT, ERP, Client-Centered Therapy, Solution Oriented Approaches and Mindfulness Based Grounding. I have advanced training in addressing childhood trauma, doing family systems work, targeting disordered eating behaviors, preparing for the transition to college, working with LGBTQIA+ individuals and processing trauma.
After attending the University of Arizona for a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a second major in Family Studies and Human Development, I received my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northern Arizona University. I look forward to working with you!
