Recent Updates From Starr Golembiewski
Last updated | Tuesday October 22, 2024
Are you frustrated with just surviving when what you really want is to thrive? Maybe for you thriving means having healthy relationships. Or maybe you want to feel more confident, and able to identify and express values to live a more authentic life. Perhaps it's time to re-write narratives formed from childhood abuse or other traumatic event(s). My goal is to create a safe environment where you feel heard, and your problems understood, so we can begin the process of helping you live your best life. I serve individuals, couples and families with a strengths-based, mindful, emotionally-focused approach that empowers change.
I have extensive training in the Gottman Method and Emotionally-Focused Therapy for Couples to address affairs, trauma and lack of intimacy in marriage. Other trainings: self-compassion and mindfulness techniques to reduce shame; mindfulness-based cognitive therapy for depression; and training to support LGTBQIA+ populations.
My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where change can occur. I want to help you thrive, not just survive. Please call or email to learn more about payment options and insurance providers accepted.
