Profile

Whether you are working through a traumatic event or navigating through daily or periodic anxiety and depression, it takes an enormous amount of strength and courage to reach out for help and engage in the therapy process. I have a huge amount of respect for those who take this step, and feel privileged to be a part of whatever path you choose throughout your personal journey. I offer appointments Tuesday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m
I provide individual and couples therapy, seeing adolescents and adults using verbal and non-verbal strategies. My specialties include anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues and am experienced in grief and loss, ADHD, life transition issues and family system stressors. I have specific training using Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
My personal philosophy is that the personality fit is just as important as clinical experience is. I believe that the therapeutic partnership is essential for success, and tailor sessions to best fit what is needed at that time. Therapy is a fluid process; having this principle as the foundation is essential for healing.
