Not accepting new clients until Jan 1, 2024. Reaching out and asking for help can be one of the most challenging aspects of starting the therapy process. If you have made it this far, you are ready to start. The majority of the clients I work with are aware of the issues they would like to focus on for treatment. With that, my approach tends to be both relational in style and goal-oriented in terms of treatment planning and working toward the best way to assist you in your personal growth and success.
My style of therapy is person-centered. The goal is to focus on you, what challenges are taking place in your life, and what you're looking for in terms of treatment and cater therapy and approach to all of those individual needs.
My view of therapy is that among many things, it is a collaborative process, and I've found that in this collaboration the best way to encourage and create change is to have you be an active participant. It can be challenging, eye-opening, and worthwhile. Let's get started.
