With over 27 years of experience, I specialize in anxiety, depression, and life transitions for ages 18 and up. Sessions are tailored to each individual with the ultimate intention of building a safe and trusting relationship.
I use a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. Depending on your needs and interests, I incorporate Expressive Therapy techniques such as writing, movement, yoga, Mindfulness, music, and journaling.
I have a BA in Psychology (Syracuse University) and a MA in Expressive Therapy (Lesley University). I have also completed studies in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and hold a certification through Mindful Schools in California. I currently serve on the Mindful Maine Board.
