Last updated | Thursday October 10, 2024
Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues or life transitions, knowing there is someone there who will listen and support you with nonjudgmental understanding and compassion can make those challenges easier to face. My goal as your therapist is to provide a safe, empathetic space for you to express your thoughts and emotions as we work together, exploring your goals and finding new paths to meet the challenges in your life.
No one type of therapy works for every person or issue. My focus is on the individual needs of my client. I have a strength based, person centered approach to therapy which is trauma informed and incorporates relational and psycho-dynamic therapy as well as aspects of cognitive therapy and mindfulness based techniques.
