Recent Updates From Resiliency Counseling
Last updated | Wednesday March 26, 2025

I have worked with various clients of various populations and walks of life via individual, group and family counseling. The concerns and or issues I have worked with include: anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment disorders, abuse, family relations/conflict, relationship issues, mood disorders, self-esteem, and ADHD to new a few. The ultimate goal of the client is to be seen and heard and to develop the ability to grow into their best selves. Therapy may allow the client to learn, cope and or heal so that they are able to function in their everyday lives in harmony.
As a therapist it is important to be relational, flexible, empathic , yet effective. My approach is inviting and interactive. My framework is derived from Cognitive Behavioral, Psychodynamic, and Mindfulness Therapy. Overall, the best approach is tailored to meet the needs of the client and is created to allow comfort in the therapeutic setting.
Though we live in a society where mental health was once taboo, taking the step to embark on the journey of self-discovery and self-care is courageous and profound. This is where resiliency is fostered and growth begins. If you are ready to seek the help you deserve and are ready for change, I am here to support and guide you through your journey.
