Recent Updates From Kristin Pederson
Last updated | Tuesday March 25, 2025

I focus on helping clients discover core strengths and achieve greater self-awareness. I believe that when negative patterns are identified, clients can begin the process of uncovering root causes of dissatisfaction. In a safe and non-judgmental environment, clients can learn new tools and make conscious choices to create healthy relationships and improve overall well-being. I look holistically at the whole person through a lens of embodiment, while encouraging healthy lifestyle changes along with mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
I specialize in issues related to life-stage transitions, depression, anxiety, work-life balance, stress management, relational conflict, parenting, and family stress. I utilize family systems, cognitive behavioral, mindfulness, somatic and psychodynamic theory in my practice and seek to develop a collaborative relationship with my clients.
All of my interactions with clients are client-led and collaborative. I am a thought provoker, a non-judgmental supporter, an insight builder and a vision-caster. My desire is that every client feels greater clarity and insight as a result of our time together.
