Recent Updates From Tina Harp
Last updated | Wednesday March 26, 2025

I strive to help individuals work towards peace and balance in the complex lives we all lead. An important part of therapy that is often lost when attempting to change or in dealing with change in general is to be at peace with the process. Life has many unplanned twists and turns, and I want to help each person be able to deal with life's challenges with grace and balance.
I have worked with individuals with dual diagnoses throughout my career. In addition, I am able to work effectively with family members who may need help working through when a loved one is diagnosed with a mental illness or a loved one identifies as GLBT. I am trained in EMDR.
