Recent Updates From Tye Kemp
Last updated | Tuesday October 22, 2024

The experience of life can be dark at times, but it is my sincere belief that with positive intention, dedicated effort, and genuine connection we can brighten your journey. My professional experience in private practice, non-profit agencies, and school settings has given me the ability to comfortably counsel individuals addressing a number of different issues. My primary cliental are individuals struggling with addictions. I am currently operating under a federal contract serving client's who are battling addiction. The clients I work with are facing some of life’s most difficult circumstances including but not limited to divorce, grief from losing loved ones, job loss, homelessness, relocation, financial difficulties, and mental illness. I use a Cognitive Behavioral approach that addresses both the physiological and psychological patterns that underlie addiction, depression, and anxiety.
My career in school settings has provided me experience working with pre-teen and teenage adolescents addressing a number of concerns such as anger management, behavioral issues, ADD/ADHD, self-esteem, bullying, depression, anxiety, and self-harm behaviors. The teenage years are ones of transition and intense emotion. This can be difficult for both teenagers and their parents. I feel confident that with my collaborative and age appropriate approach we can mitigate and resolve difficulties facing your teenager.
Morning, Evening, Sunday times are available. Feel free to contact me to set up a free phone consultation.
