Holistic is a balance of your whole self, including mental, physical, emotional, & spiritual wellbeing. Mindfulness encourages a here and now focus, distinguishing between past, present, and future events.

We will build a collaborative relationship, discuss what you want to change or have different in your life, and create specific plans to achieve your goals.
