I am here to offer you a space where you can safely process emotions and work through life’s difficulties. I can help you gain clarity in your symptoms, transform your unhelpful thinking patterns, unburden self-critical core beliefs, and feel empowered to live your best life.
To me, therapy revolves around establishing a warm, non-judgmental, and trusting relationship. I value working collaboratively to meet you where you are, whether that means simply venting or diving deep into healing the subconscious. No matter what you are looking for, I try my best to approach each session through the lens of compassion.
