Recent Updates From Shelly Graziano
Last updated | Monday February 17, 2025

My name is Shelly Graziano and I am a Licensed Associate Counselor in New Jersey. I am also a wedding officiant, marrying couples in the tri-state area, while offering pre-marital guidance. In my spare time I enjoy paddle boarding and hiking with my two rescue dogs. I graciously accepted a Graduate Assistantship at Montclair State University, where I simultaneously earned my second Master’s Degree in Counseling. I earned my first Master’s Degree in Education with a focus on biological sciences from Rutgers University, while also earning my teaching certificate. I have a thirst for knowledge and am always looking to learn more.
I find utilizing a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, as well as behavioral modification techniques to be a recipe for client success. My modality of choice is a Solution-Focused approach to therapy, while engaging clients in goal-setting. I enjoy working with couples, individuals, and families as they navigate life and its many challenges.
I have a deep level of empathy for each and every client I counsel, and I work to normalize feelings that often leave us feeling ostracized. All of us encounter difficult periods in our lives, and I want you to feel you are not alone in your struggles. I am here to listen, engage, and work with you towards your personal goals.
