Using a holistic approach to therapy, Charlie integrates mindfulness and meditation with traditional therapy methods to help people create lasting change in their lives. He has training and experience using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gottman couples therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and various modalities of group therapy.
Charlie began his career as a therapist after a successful career as an engineer for a major oil company, living and working in many international locations as an ex-pat. He is also a veteran of the United States Navy. Having overcome trauma early in his own life, Charlie is in a unique position to understand and help guide you through work on your trauma.
Charlie has received an advanced RYT-500 yoga teacher certificate from Bo Forbes at the New England School of Integrative Yoga and Embodied Awareness. He is passionate about working with people to help transform their lives, become more self-aware, and live more mindfully.
