Last updated | Tuesday March 25, 2025

I believe that everyone can use help at various times in their lives and am passionate about helping clients live their best life—whatever that may look like to them—in a safe and supportive environment. My role as your counselor is to walk alongside you and help you navigate your life’s journey.
I have experienced the effects of alcoholism and drug addiction in my family and have compassion for struggling families. I have experience with navigating the dynamics of high-conflict divorce and am able to provide coping skills and strategies to help deal with a difficult ex. I also work with children to provide a safe space to discuss their feelings.
My practice is focused on pre-teens, teens, young adults, and adults to overcome anxiety, self-esteem issues, depression, relationship struggles, family changes and parenting issues. I believe in working with my clients in a partnership to help them utilize their strengths and work through challenges to achieve their individual goals.
