Recent Updates From Adrianne Robbins
Last updated | Thursday October 10, 2024
I work with adolescents, young adults, and middle-aged adults who may be struggling within their relationships, are regularly experiencing uncomfortable feelings and emotions, or are interested in making changes in their lives. I also work with couples and families.
My therapeutic approach includes a warm, genuine, and collaborative style to encourage an authentic client/therapist connection to promote growth and change. I like to use a holistic approach- pulling from different types of therapy including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Client-Centered Therapy.
Please feel free to reach out to me if you have questions or are interested in learning more about what therapy may look like.
