I have experience helping individuals with ADHD, anxiety, and trauma find solutions that make their life feel easier. I aim to help them understand how they make sense, how to offer themselves compassion, and how to work through the areas in life that feel overwhelming.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. I use several models of therapy including CBT, Solutions Focused, and EMDR. I have a laid back client-centered approach to therapy and work hard to create a space for my clients to feel safe and supported.
