I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor who recently joined the staff of SpringSource Psychological Center and have immediate availability for new clients. I obtained my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and my Bachelor’s from the University of Washington. I have experience in working with individuals, families, and groups in various mental health settings, including inpatient, residential, PHP and IOP level of care. Through a client-centered lens, I am here to assist in processing through life struggles and work together to meet your unique goals.
I am experienced in treating adults struggling with depression, anxiety, life-stressors, trauma, and issues related to gender and sexual orientation. As a queer-identifying clinician, I have a particular interest in supporting individuals from the LGBTQIA+ community. I utilize CBT, DBT, ACT, ERP, CPT and other evidence-based interventions.
My goal is to create an environment of safety where clients can engage in self-exploration with compassion and non-judgment. I bring empathy and humor to the therapeutic space, so we can grow together through the challenges life often presents. I am thrilled to join the team at SpringSource, providing care in person or via telehealth.
