Eating disorders and experiencing life stressors are often painful, exhausting, and really difficult to go through. People can get stuck in vicious cycles that are no longer productive but are maintained because it may be the only thing that helps. I can offer support to help break the cycles of eating disorders or life stressors to allow you more freedom and peace in your life. I believe that recovery is possible and everyone is deserving of recovery. With a little support, perspectives can shift, new discoveries can be made, and recovery can be possible. I am here to help support and guide you toward your path of recovery.
I am a trained in multiple modalities including CBT and DBT and I work from a framework Health At Every Size, Intuitive Eating, and All Foods Fit models to help form a positive relationship with food. I have experience working in treating both eating disorders and mental health issues and have worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
I work from a strengths based approach and believe that a good working relationship consists of building trust. Each of us has our strengths and I am here to help you discover it.
