Recent Updates From Alison R
Last updated | Monday February 17, 2025

Difficult times in life are opportunities for growth and change. I specialize in exploring identity, relationships, and transitions, mindful of the interplay between our formative experiences and current ways of being in the world. Through the therapeutic process, we understand and address anxious and depressed feelings; recover from losses and addictions, and manage work and family related stresses. I facilitate my clients' innate movement toward healing and authenticity.
I have 20 years of experience working with adults in the process of transforming their lives, drawing on their strengths and lived experiences to inform the challenges they are facing. My work focuses on helping clients recognize self- limiting patterns and forge new ways of relating to themselves and others.
In addition to the above issues, I help people to discern, prepare for, maintain or transition from their vocations, professions, and relationships. In support of these shifts, we develop self care practices that will make their work and personal lives more sustainable.
