I have been a practicing psychotherapist for 30 years.I have worked in a variety of clinical settings,recently,working for NBC Universal Studios as a psychotherapist and production consultant. My areas of specialty are treating depression and anxiety issues,couples therapy and children/adults with ADD/ADHD. I work with men, women, adolescents, families and couples. As part of my psychotherapy practice, I have started the Mid Coast ADHD Center.Although the diagnosis of ADHD is identified,understanding the struggles and issues associated with this problem,are not.I work with people to understand the struggles AND the strengths of ADHD and develop new coping behaviors.
I am a client centered, solution oriented psychotherapist. I work to the strengths of my clients, integrating humor and empathy into the therapeutic relationship.
