The current times are hard. Trying to feel like life is normal when everything around you is not normal can be its own stressor. When you are struggling with your feelings of self-worth, fighting with the look of your body, never happy with your weight - it can start to feel scary. What will people think when they see me again after all this time? If you think about your body and your weight and your food all the time, it creates distress that is always within you. Things feel overwhelming, and you can feel like there is no way to change. I'd like to help.
Over the years I've assisted many clients in changing the focus and direction of their lives. Even when it feels like your goals are out of reach, you can go from "striving for perfection" to self-compassion. We just can't "hate" ourselves into a different body. I can help you change the way you see your life, see yourself, and calm the constant chatter.
