I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 10 years of experience working with children, families, groups, and adults. I earned a Master of Science degree in Counseling and Art Therapy from Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, VA and Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Studio Art from St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN. I have experience working with military families and also the LGBQT community. I specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma. My goal is to help clients develop adaptive coping skills, and improve their quality of life by helping them feel empowered, understood and accepted.

I utilize a client-centered and individualized approach, working together with clients and families.
I am currently a Counselor at The Counseling Center of SayeBrook, a group private practice offering outpatient mental health counseling to children, adolescents and adults. CCS offers a multitude of treatment modalities and works collaboratively with medical professionals in order to provide clients with the best care possible.
