Recent Updates From April B
Last updated | Tuesday February 18, 2025

As a licensed MFT, I provide both short-term and long-term psychotherapy in private practice. My practice serves the Greater Sacramento Valley region where I offer both in-person and online therapy via video appointments to California residents. I use a clinical structure but eclectic style in treatment approach and believe there is not a one-size-fits-all method that works for everyone. I believe people enter therapy at different stages of life and look to gain practical skills within a safe relationship.
I graduated from Sacramento State in 2015 with a background in psychology. I have over 15 years of experience working therapeutically with children and families in in-home, school, and community settings. I enjoy working with couples and helping to create greater intimacy in the relationship. I also have particular interest in individual psychotherapy.
I offer a safe, non-judgmental, and flexible "calmspace" for my clients to process weekly challenges to achieve short-term and long-term goals. I am committed to helping and guiding you through this journey. Please call or email me to consult your needs. My doors are always open to you! I look forward to collaborating in your care.
