Recent Updates From Arlee Buchanan
Last updated | Monday February 17, 2025

I know from personal and professional experience how difficult it can be to find a counselor who meets the needs of neurodiverse people, and how frightening it can be as an LGBTQ+ person to navigate the process while feeling safe. Safety is a priority for me, as feeling safe and empowered to make choices is what allows us as human beings to improve and grow!
As a person with both autism and ADHD who is a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I know how hard it can be to find a provider who "gets" both aspects of my life. I work from a social justice lens that honors those aspects of our clientele that are neither queer are neurodiverse, too.
I love to help, and hope to be able to help you!
