Profile

I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in group and individual settings. Many youth are feeling the impact of the political atmosphere, and extreme transitions of their social and personal identities. Our environments are constantly changing, relationships shifting, and therapy can be a place for you to process your feelings and experiences.
I have training in cognitive rehabilitation therapy for individuals that present with neurological and neurodiverse diagnoses. I have also created groups for psychoeducation on gender, anxiety, and coping strategies for adults ages 65+. I am committed to affirming all genders, sexual identities, and abilities.
Therapy can be a place for you to process politics and systemic barriers. I came into this field to work to support queer and trans people, and stand in solidarity with those who have experienced trauma and oppression. I have deep respect for my clients, and I am very hopeful for their future.
