Recent Updates From Behavioral Wellness
Last updated | Thursday October 10, 2024
Most people have been unsuccessful when they tried to change problematic behavior. I help you trouble shoot roadblocks and find more effective ways to success. I start with an intake interview to better understand your experiences, what has been helpful in the past, what has not been helpful in the past, and what may be most helpful in the future. I conduct motivational interviews to discover more about your readiness for change. Then, I meet you where you are in order to increase the likelihood of your success. I incorporate evidenced-based treatment protocols into your plan and evaluate progress on an on-going basis.
There are so many situations where we struggle with figuring out what we should do. Often, we reflect back on a situation and think, “I wish that I could have done that differently.” Although, I may not be able to predict every situation you encounter, I can help you identify patterns in your everyday life and find ways to improve upon them.
I can help you develop, implement, and adapt behavior change plans that are tailored to your situation. I work with you to help you figure out what works best for you. Not everything works for everyone.
