I can work with you so that we can better understand the WHY but also work with you to figure out the HOW we get you back on track. Let's get started.
I draw from mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MB-CT), gestalt, solution-focused, reality therapy, and client-centered approaches. I am passionate about using experiential practices such as ecotherapy, mindfulness, and moment-by-moment experiences to facilitate healing within the therapeutic process.
In an effort to meet folks wherever their wellness needs lie, I am able to hold sessions via telehealth as well as in-person, in nature spaces for seated and “walk-and-talk” sessions.
