Do you oftentimes feel like you’re on autopilot? Maybe you wake up and go through the day only to get home but feel like there’s GOT to be something more in life. Have you lost sight of your purpose? You may wonder how you even got to this point. You’ve lost your WHY. You may feel overwhelmed with the hustle and bustle of everyday life and don’t know how to slow down. You feel guilty when you think about doing things for yourself and even if you wanted to, you don’t know where to start. I too know what it’s like to feel like you are playing tug-of-war with yourself; fighting your own battle within and doing what you can to survive.
I provide secular and non-secular (faith-based) counseling. My approach to therapy is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I take a holistic approach as well. I believe everything is integrated. I look at multiple dimensions of wellness including spirituality, nutrition, sleep, and exercise to achieve overall well-being.
