I too know what it’s like to feel like you are playing tug-of-war with yourself; fighting your own battle within and doing what you can to survive.
I provide secular and non-secular (faith-based) counseling. My approach to therapy is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I take a holistic approach as well. I believe everything is integrated. I look at multiple dimensions of wellness including spirituality, nutrition, sleep, and exercise to achieve overall well-being.
