Accepting new clients for January 2024! Feeling like you haven't been yourself lately? Constantly trying to figure out "what is wrong" and how to fix it, and doom scrolling on social media can be exhausting. First off, let me tell you nothing is wrong with you.You may just need new coping skills and a comfortable/safe space to sort things out. I understand the unique challenges that women face in today's world. Whether it's navigating relationships, coping with life transitions, managing stress, or addressing issues related to self-esteem, body image, or motherhood, I am here to listen and support you on your way to feeling better.
My therapeutic approach is client-centered, meaning I prioritize your needs and goals in our sessions. I utilize evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness techniques, and strengths-based approaches to help you gain insights, develop coping strategies, and create positive change.
I hope to provide a non-judgmental space for you to share your story, feel understood and to improve your emotional well-being. Also, therapy does not always have to be serious and buttoned up.
