I have received specialized training in trauma, anxiety, depression, loss/grief, ADHD, and other behavioral concerns. I also have experience with working with adults and couples to address marital issues, stress management, anxiety, depression, trauma, and loss/grief. I received my Masters in Counseling at Winthrop University and am nationally certified (NBCC).
My role as a counselor is to guide, facilitate, educate, and assist my client(s) in developing skills and strategies to enhance their personal life in a supportive, non-judgmental environment
