I provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. My areas of work include, but are not limited to, those experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, mood disorders, personality disorders, relationship issues, communication issues, bullying, low self-esteem, self-criticism, impulsivity, self-harm, addiction, and substance use disorders.
My theoretical approach is integrative and dynamic, based on your individual needs and interests. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion-focused, Mindfulness-based, Motivational Interviewing, Christian Counseling, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy utilizing a collaborative, genuine, creative, and at times humorous therapeutic style.
I strive to offer a warm, encouraging, nonjudgmental space where clients can be themselves. I enjoy spending time with my German Shorthaired Pointer Lola, tending to my plants, traveling, and going to the beach.
