Recent Updates From Chelsea S
Last updated | Thursday October 10, 2024
The common misconception is that therapy is for "crazy" or "sick" people. Instead I believe it is a chance to work with clients on how to use their challenges as opportunities for change and growth. It is also a time to better understand our view of the world, examine any relationship issues, and become better versions of ourselves. I focus on each individual's unique characteristics, instead of what a diagnosis may say about them.

As a LMFT my therapeutic style is a collaborative and supportive one. I believe that each client is the expert of their own lives and it is my job to assist them along the journey of their life. I work from a strength-based approach to help clients discover and utilize their own individual strengths.
I have availability in the late evening and weekend in order to provide appointment times for those with scheduling difficulties.
