I am a clinical social worker providing individual therapy to children, teens and adults. My approach is collaborative and supportive. My role is to offer what I know and to act as a guide, empowering my clients to uncover and employ the skills and knowledge they already have, while learning new things together. I also specialize in focused trauma work, using evidence-based treatment models to support healing and skill development. I have additional training to provide informed and affirming care for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, gender nonbinary and gender expansive people of all ages.
