I work from a Person-Centered perspective and incorporate use of Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement and Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) into my practice. I have training to utilize teletherapy for anyone located in the state of Arkansas.
I enjoy working with ages 10+ throughout the lifespan, and I have a heart for the LGBT community. I have worked with those experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, life changes, and problematic sexual behaviors. I have faith in a person’s ability to change, grow, and become whole. I hope to offer a space where you can feel comfortable to grow.
