I have practiced as a doctoral level psychologist in Florida for over 22 years supporting school-aged children, adolescents, & adults. My private practice serves individuals across the lifespan struggling to achieve desired success, life-work balance, & wellness in life due to issues related to stress management, academic/learning difficulties, grief & loss, adjustment to life changes, relationship issues, unhealthy lifestyle, anxiety, executive functioning, & depression. I have worked with athletes in realizing their sport goals from recreational to college and international levels of competition. I am the team psychologist at American Twisters Gymnastics providing educational groups & individual therapy to athletes & staff. I have helped athletes in reaching peak performance by building confidence, mental flexibility, focus, growth mindset, composure, consistency, trust, & mental toughness. I work with students with ADHD, emotional disorders, autism spectrum, & learning disabilities.
