Now accepting new clients! The idea of therapy can be daunting. My goal is to provide a safe space for clients to experience the compassionate and judgement free care that can be provided while working to grow in life and interpersonal relationships. I specialize in working with clients to process trauma, attachment issues, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and faith transitions.
Trauma and attachment issues are often so intricately connected. I help clients to process their trauma, understand their attachments and work to change self-defeating cycles due to both. Trauma work can be accessed through traditional talk therapy, as well as the Brainspotting and other therapeutic modalities that I offer.
Growth and vulnerability can be difficult, but so incredibly rewarding. In therapy, you can walk through the difficulty side-by-side with a caring clinician who is invested in helping you achieve your goals.
