Recent Updates From Cindy M
Last updated | Tuesday March 25, 2025

I believe in using a client centered approach and working collaboratively with my clients in reaching their goals for change. I became a therapist to help people in some way, whether to offer support through the process of improving mental health, addressing relationship difficulties, or adjusting to challenging life changes.
While working with individuals and families, I might integrate a variety of therapeutic approaches, such as: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy - Enhanced (CBT-E), Family Based Therapy (FBT), Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO-DBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) and mindfulness techniques.
I am also certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and work with clients who have experienced trauma in their background. I provide care to kids, adolescents, adults, and families. My special interests include eating disorders, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and addictions.
