Recent Updates From Carly Curtis
Last updated | Tuesday March 25, 2025

At Integrated Clinical Services (ICS), my passion is treating individuals with co-occurring disorders such as depression, anxiety, trauma and/or substance use. With a background in clinical social work, I value taking a strengths-based, person-centered, harm-reduction, trauma-informed, humanistic approach to therapy. I collaborate with clients to create treatment plans with goals and objectives to meet each person’s unique & individualized needs. The first step is admitting you are worthy and deserving of making changes to honor your most authentic self.
Fostering the therapeutic relationship by building trust & rapport in order to go about creating meaningful changes is my top priority. The client is the expert in their own life & I view myself as an ally and support on the their journey to healing and recovery. The pain is not our fault, but it’s up to us to shift the narrative & meet ourselves deeper.
When humans suffer, they need an empathetic witness and some of us never get that. It’s my job to provide a safe space for that to occur with warmth and compassion. Please don’t hesitate to call or email me to inquire about services.
