I am a Licensed Associate Counselor who specializes in trauma, anxiety disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), and couples counseling. I believe in tailoring therapeutic interventions to meet my client’s individualized needs. I draw from several therapeutic modalities, including EMDR, CBT, DBT, ERP, and Gottman Level 2 Training.
