I have extensive experience and training working with children, adolescents, teens, and adults in a variety of settings and with a variety of needs including but not limited to anxiety, depression, complex trauma, self-injury, behavior and emotion-based challenges, and problematic sexual behaviors. My aim is to empower and support clients with managing symptoms, developing and strengthening coping mechanisms, while working towards healing and recovery.

I specialize in psychodynamic techniques incorporating various modalities to make each therapeutic experience meet the needs and goals of my clients. Some of the modalities include CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, Structural Family Therapy, and Mindfulness to aid clients in building effective skills.
