“Strength doesn’t come from what you can do, it comes from overcoming the things you thought you couldn’t do”. Reaching out for therapy is the definition of strength. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree from Monmouth University. I have 16 years of experience working intensively alongside a psychiatrist in an outpatient mental health setting prior to starting my own private practice. This experience was extremely valuable in sharpening my diagnostic skills and treatment planning abilities with clients. I enjoy working with individuals, families, and couples as well as other relationship conflict issues.

I also have inpatient and ER crisis experience working with psychotic disorders, mood disorders, addictions, etc. I am eclectic in my therapeutic approach, encompassing different styles to meet the client's needs. Some of my specialties include anxiety, depression, codependency, relationships, personality disorders, unexpected life changes, and self-esteem.
I aspire to empower my clients to create positive goals to reach their highest potential in a compassionate and empathetic manner; to regain clarity & confidence through counseling and coaching. I look forward to helping you through your Journey to Hope & Healing, to reframe & reclaim your life! Live the life you've always imagined, one step at a time.
