I believe that participating in therapy can result in many benefits, including a better understanding of your personal goals and values, improved relationships, and resolution of the concerns that led you to seek therapy. My hope is that with sensitivity and compassion, I can help you identify strengths, as well as find solutions to a wide range of psychological issues. Taking a holistic approach to therapy, I am concerned with the long-term well-being of the individual. I work on anxiety, depression, life transitions, and other issues in a safe, supportive, non-judgmental environment.
I am a trained Brainspotting and EMDR therapist, working with clients suffering from emotional problems. With both Brainspotting and EMDR, therapy can progress more rapidly, providing lasting relief for many types of emotional distress. Scientific research demonstrates both of these modalities are two of the most effective and rapid methods for healing.
