As a Marriage and Family Therapist I work with individuals and couples treating a variety of relational and mental health issues. As an assistant neuropsychological associate to our staff Psychiatrist, I assist in the diagnosis and treatment of anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, attentional issues and cognitive complaints. Through the assessment process, together and in collaboration with our staff Psychiatrist, we establish differential diagnosis and treatment recommendations.
My goal is to empower individuals through personal enlightenment. Clear goals are established through the creation of a sound treatment plan. Tracking progress through quantitative measures occurs throughout the therapeutic process. Strengthening relationships through improved communication and clearer boundaries will lead to happier and healthier lives.
