Recent Updates From Dale Marie Romleski
Last updated | Monday November 4, 2024
Throughout our lives we create narratives about ourselves, our experiences, and our relationships by interpreting and binding them together in meaningful ways.
Unfortunately, life can be challenging and not all of those experiences, relationships, or views of ourselves are positive, tied into messy knots, and often carry a lot of weight. We may try to conceal our experiences and pain under layers of anger, sadness, or flawed coping methods. The walls grow higher, the armor gets stronger, and we operate under a mask of "everything's fine". Some grow tired of being strong for so long, tired of carrying that weight on their backs.
I am here as a support and guide for uncovering of the past to come to peace with it and gently remove the weight from your shoulders. Because not all of the weight that you bear is yours to carry. I am here to aid in removing the mask and the armor that was on for so long, to embrace the unknown and uncomfortable journey toward greater meaning, purpose, passion, and wisdom in life. To learn it is okay to come back home to yourself again.
