My specialty is Gestalt psychotherapy. I use this model to help clients understand how they might be unhelpfully reacting to bad events or people and learn to overcome those reactions so as to become stronger individuals. Digging deep is part of this orientation to therapy, but only at your pace. I will be with you through this and through your growth.
