Primary work has been with counseling and social work in a variety of settings including psychiatric hospitals, crisis intervention programs, partial hospital program. I have great deal of experience working with children, adolescents and adults with a range of psychiatric disorders, addictions and life circumstances. I am attentive, respectful and empathetic; I try to create a safe, non-judgemental supportive therapeutic environment for my patients.
I use a strength-based, person-centered approach to support individual and unique needs. While utilizing positive psychology, cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness the goal will be to develop more insight, build resources and resilience.
