Recent Updates From Ellen C
Last updated | Tuesday March 25, 2025

I believe one of the most challenging things that you can do is to begin to understand your own story. We gather a lifetime of experiences which affect us in different ways. Holding on to past negative experiences prevents further exploration and healing. In a sense we get stuck in patterns of thinking and relating that hold us back from true potential and empowerment of our best assets.
I have practiced for 25 years in a variety of settings both inpatient and outpatient. I utilize a variety of approaches to include TF-CBT, DBT, Solution-focused and ecclectic approaches to help you begin where your at and reach the goals you determine to continue a path to living a better life.
Life is too short to be affected by poor relationships, letting past trauma or grief control you or to feel anxious, depressed or angry all of the time. My hope is for you to be free of emotional pain, be able to deal with life’s terms and to find meaning and purpose in the important areas of your life. So reach out and take the first step to contact me.
